No Refunds

• All purchases are final.
• Once payment is made and your order is confirmed, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
• By placing an order on https://primedummyticket.com, you agree to this no-refund policy.

Order Changes Instead of Refunds

• If you entered incorrect details (such as name, dates, or route), you may request up to 2 changes per order.
• Changes must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your ticket.
• Additional changes may incur extra charges.
• This policy ensures that you receive the correct ticket without needing a refund.

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.
• Only corrections/changes are allowed under our change policy above.

Delays in Delivery

• In most cases, tickets are delivered within 15-30 minutes after payment.
• Rarely, due to airline system errors or technical issues, delivery may take longer. These delays do not qualify for a refund.
